Ew...

My hair needs to be done soooo bad...
The girl that usually does my hair had a baby about a month ago
(it already needed to be done back then)
so I have been waiting patiently for her to get back in the swing of things...
and then I found out she's moving back to Utah...
on Wednesday...
as in this Wednesday.

That. Sucks.

This blanket will never get done!!

Atleast that's how I feel right now...

I spent A LOT of time pinning and then as I was sewing I realized the chenille has A TON of give! So when I finished sewing one side I had all this extra chenille on the bottom!!!! WHAT DO I DO???? Any suggestions?....

Meanwhile I feel like if I shut the door to Rita's room one of these times I'm going to open it and the blanket will *magically* be done.....
Where is my Elder Wand with the unicorn hair in it when I need it???...
I would even settle for Mrs. Weasley to help my out...

Project Procrastination

I NEED to finish Rita's room! Today I'm working on making this a blanket (to which you're saying, "No you're not! You're blogging!", to which I say, "Layoff!"). I've already made a crib skirt out of some of it(See! I do get stuff done eventually!)..... Her room will be cute one day...

A wise bird once said,

...and now Megan Fox can pout her little ( and by little I mean huge) lips and go back from whence she came! Next time she wears a pony it's her copying me! So there! :p

pedicure on my toes, toes

I went to a new nail salon to get a pedi this past Wednesday. I usually LOVE a good pedi, but this one was different.

The girl giving it spoke perfect American English.

weird.

I didn't even know how to react or what to say. She did a good job, but I missed hearing their language and wondering what they were saying. I missed the usual tap on the leg when it's time to put back in the water and bring the other leg up. Getting a pedi has now become totally associated with an asian girl giving me one...and I think next time I'll go to my old place.

When I went away to college I discovered that I am HORRIBLE at time management. I have never resolved this issue...and I don't plan on it now. So hears to blogging...which will waste yet even more TIME. Something I clearly need more of and that I'm really good at wasting what I do have. Yay!
